Howard from Texas, Now a lot to say, just enjoy looking and comparing all of the cars and work that has gone into them. I would like to know if any one knows the whereabouts of a 34 Ford 5 window coupe I built in the late 1960s to mid 70s. It may reside in the Austin/Round Rock area. I put a 289 with a top loader 4 speed and a 9" Ford rear end with 4:11 gears. The rough body had a lot of bondo and was dropped down over the frame and then welded in place. I also made a flat aluminum dash panel for the gauges. There were no fenders but had a hood that was welded to a grille making it all one piece. Also were 2 small bucket seats. There was a builders ***le at that time. Car was in primer at that time. I currently have a 32 Ford 5 window coupe steel body high boy. 289 engine as well. If you or any of your friends know about the 34 coupe car, email me at hgpapke@hotmail.com please. I have not seen the car in over 30 years. Thanks, Howie.
Howie, welcome to the HAMB! Post your question on the message board instead of the intro board and you might get a response. Good luck!
