Here are some pictures of a flathead a friend of mine is building here in Norway, it is a 1987 French engine block wich has been bored to 276 CUI, the stroke is 4", there is a 471 blower wich he picked of an old diesel engine, the intake is home made, Ross pistons, Navarro heads, and a lot more tuning parts!
Very cool. Also very similar to my blown french flathead with a homemade intake. That intake is very cool, I really like it. I made mine from a stock 1934 aluminum intake.
Its going into a 1932 Roadster, swedish http://www.reprosteel.com/ body and original frame, he wants to buy a Cyclone Quickchange rear axle, front will be 4" dropped I-Beam with 1940 drum brakes, whitewalls and primer
I know he first begun with a original french 1 carb intake he milled away the senter section, and then gave up that project! So this intake is made from scratch with aluminum tubings and plates. He wanted air between engine and blower for cooling, the snout and wheels are also home made! I have trouble uploading more pictures, i will try later!!!
Stunning looking engine! Let's hope for some updates here on the hamb on the roadster the Flatty is going into later. Good luck!
