Here in south Louisiana we have a lot of French speaking folks...we get a lot of visitors from France for our festivals. I'm not one of the French decendents but it is part of the culture down here. We love our hot rods too. come visit some time! Welcome.

  7. Hello Mach1stang, thanks for your message.
I'm saving money to buy my hot rod and make some work in my house but i'd love to visit some parts of US, later. It would be great ^^.
I'm also very interested about history and know a little bit about Louisiana. Cajuns have a good music and a funny french speaking. I'd like to meet some of them ;).
Sorry for my poor english writing, i don't use any translator.
    Nice to meet you here.

    Welcome from sweden

  13. Nice to see some swedish people here ;).
Some french bases are not so bad to make hot rods. My favorite are citroen AC4 and Rosalie. For custom car, i like Peugeot 203. My girlfriend's got a 203 "family" custom but we're selling it to buy our Ford. We hope to find a nice one soon.

  14. Thanks. Nice to meet you too ;).

Welcome to the HAMB from the state of Maryland.

  19. Hi Hennie, nice car. I'm looking for something like that too ;).
Do you know some internet sites or links to look for and compare hot rods for sale in netherland ?

  20. Thanks a lot Monkeywrenching ;)

  21. Found my car in 1997 in Belgium (imported from France in 1967 !) and it was advertised in a Belgium carmagazine. The demand for 32 Fords were
not great back than because i bought it more than 2 years later from the same guy as it was still for sale :) and i finally had the money he wanted.

On the internet there are plenty websites i take a look, also the French
site anciennes.net, problem is the prices in French are mostly more than in Holland so that's not really going to work out.
Keep on looking, i found all my four 32's in Europe ;)

  22. Ok Hennie, I keep on looking for...
I check everyday on the french sites but there is nothing really interesting or there are much more expensive than some other european countries or US. That ****s !!!
    Anyway, time will come... ;)
Thanks for your help. Have a nice weekend.
    Bye.

  23. Patience my friend, my cars and parts took me more than 10 years so time will come eventually

  24. Yes, you are right. Patience... ;)
    Thanks again.
    Have a nice weekend.

I don't want to offend anyone, but I speak French well and I want to make sure I know what Tony's looking for. So here goes.
