Seeing as I cannot drop a load of cash on new wheels and tires I decided to play with some stuff I had laying around. The wheels and tires were with the pile of parts the PO called a car and I know there are better wheel choices but until the cash comes anything helps. The wheels were Billet Specialities and were smooth centered before.

    wheels look nice but....
in order to have a real comparison you need:

    Model "A" and Model "B"

Yeah, in the last thread I mentioned the word "Nazi" and it offended Ryan. So don't use that word if you want your post to survive. I really can't wait to get the wheels and tires I want but family, gas money for shows, and beer come first! LOL

You could sell those then buy a more fitting wheel and tire combo if you don't like them. I personally kinda like what you did.

  9. You could probably sell those for some pretty good money to a street rodder I bet. Some steel wheels and bias plys would be cheap and look a lot better. Just my opinion.

I agree about the tires. The rears hook up like a MFer (Drag radials) but the fronts look like the belong on a tuner. Not sure I want to go to bias yet, the roads around here **** and I don't want to grab every groove in them. I really do like the Firestone "dirt track" looking bias tires but have not been able to convience myself that is what will suit my purpose.
