hello. i'm meezy and i have a 1950 plymouth special deluxe club coupe. i've dragged it from missouri to new york to connecticut and have been restoring the damn thing for nearly 15 years... mostly because i don't know what the hell i'm doing. i'm learning the hard way - as i go and by trial and error. it's been time consuming, frustrating, and expensive. fortunately, along the way, i have found a master mechanic mentor who has also become one of my best friends and we're finally really starting to wrap this thing up. it might get finished before i die. it's mostly stock, but i have converted to 12v, installed an overdrive transmission, electric, variable speed wipers, and lewis lowering blocks. i've completely custom re-wired it, and recently completed welding in brand new repopped floor pans. now that the floor is done, the drivetrain can go back together and hopefully she'll start up. i've attached two pics - the blue car is mine. the green one is what i want mine to look like when it's done. see yall in the threads! ~m
