close up of my Avatar.....I stripped this helmet in the late 60's or early 70's...lost track of it ....a friend was junking out some junkers from some property south of here and found it in the trunk of one off the cars and remembered where he had seen it and brought back to me. Have not stripped in years hands won't let me,but I sure enjoy looking and this thread has some excellent art and stripping.

Man, there's some really nice work posted here!!! I just have to say, that pink paneled wagon that was in Rod & Custom is one of my all time favorite paint jobs...

    Anyways, here's a few pieces I've done...

Now I'm headed out side to pull some lines on the Buick!! That gray Riv with the pinstripe scallops has really inspired me.

Some really nice inspiring work done by true artists.

One of the guy's who really inspired me the most was the unbelievable work of David Hightower. His panel work was the best I had ever seen.

Not sure if he is still around but his panel work hangs in many art galleries.

Collectors at one point were paying thousands of dollars for his pinstripped panel work.

Power to you all. I bow down to anyone that can pull stuff off like this. Been pinstriping for a while and this only inspires me to do more.
