Out looking for 37 plymouth parts this morning near Winchester Va. (found one 37, two 39s and a 42) Pre War stuff is going fast. Truck is a dodge truck from the 20s, a real military jeep in the back and a newer one up front shown. Lots of Early Audi/Mgs/3 Mack trucks, couple packards and a lot of Cads. Wasps nailed us about 10 times. going back wasp spray and tools.
Yeah, I've learned wasp spray has become a standard in my tool box when going out to look at old stuff. Luckily I haven't had to deal with any critters larger than that ... yet.
back scouring the hills of Idaho and Montana...the two most important tools were wasp spray and a sawed-off shotgun - very sawed off. Slug in one side, 00 buck in the other. Had "the Judge" been invented at that time, I likely would have had one of those instead of the double-barreled dj
Carb cleaner works just as good if not better than wasp spray, and we all have carb cleaner, right???
looks like a nice place to scrounge around. i ran wasps off with starting fluid that had moved into the flap on a cowl induction hood 70 chevelle i had out back.
