1954 ford Ranch Wagon

Just brought home a 1954 Ford 2dr Ranch Wagon, my dang feet are getting hot from rubbong on the ground. The brakes are fine, its the big holes that are the problem, needs floors from front of back seat to bottom of firewall. Any clues
