These are correct and available as reproductions from www.willysreplacementparts.com What you have are aftermarket Electroline lights as commonly used on Willys g***ers in the 1960s.
Sorry to say...no...they are after market seal beam type, or possibly Ford type of that era. "41 & '42 bezels for Willys are the same...and have a reflector and bulb set up. g-willys Weasel, as always, you have the proof right at hand!
Those are the commonly accepted pieces that allowed for converting to sealed beams. Not Ford, usually part of a kit from J.C. Whitney (a**** others). Typically they are a cast piece (pot metal). They can be painted or polished.
