I have an ARC unit that has been converted to work through FM, just plug the antenna into it and the antenna cable that comes out of it into your existing radio - the records play upside down, and can be stacked if you want - it is a changer in addition to being a player. I've never been able to make it skip, as the tonearm is spring loaded. As per a previous post, it is hard on records. It's been in a '58 Chev DelRay, and a '59 Ford - just waiting for the 'next car' to put it in. I have an RCA unit - that is completely original, works also.
These look identical, other than the brand labeling, so thinking that ARC is just a play on RCA? HOH :)
