That yellow coupe was one of the cars that made me want to buy my press when I first saw it in American Rodder in the late eighties or so... I've happily done several tops since!

Not really. It's all in the layout. The center line is the same for each louver and as straight louvers it's a matter of aligning them the same each time you punch.

He hasn't had it out for awhile and his grand kids talked him into putting it in the show. They call it grandpa's hot wheels car. Surprised he still has it. He doesn't keep anything very long.

These are on my '32 sedan and were done by Eric vaughn, I like his because of the history behind them.

In a Homer Simpson voice. Mmmmmm louvres

Picked a spare good bonnet for my car and saving now for the job. Top of my list on jobs over winter next to it being lowered. Not cheap by the time it's done, transported both ways and painted but something i really like, will help keep the car cool and look rather tasty.

Thank you! I've had this ol' car 10 years last month. I worked on it a lot the first couple of years and have just been driving it ever since. My wife and I just love it.

Here's the trunk of my roadster. I am still undecided if I want to make the hood tops match.
