Parts ID?

Cleaning out the shed and came across these old lanterns and a battery that has the Ford script on it. Would these lanterns be for an automotive application? Any idea what year these pieces are and a ballpark value?

Look like cowl lamps for a 1917-1926? Model T

 

I agree, as far as value due to the rust $35-40 for the T coil and side lamps would be a market value price.
