Since I don't have the parts or the $$$ to get started on my 32-5w yet here are some pics of the current ride. [IMG][IMG][IMG]
Running two holley 94's on top of my baby blower at this point.

Then decided to go with three. [IMG][IMG]
I know carb adapter is pretty hideous. Guess I got a bad carb when I went to this set-up cause frustration soon set in and this set-up came off.

Now running the dreaded 4barrel, can't hardly stand to look at it, but it does run & start better than it ever did before. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
Look close and you can see some of the details like the friction shocks, the frame horns made from 50 Buick grill teeth, cowl steering, been chopped 6", channled, and the poor mans section ( bottom couple inches of car cut off) 54 chevy spindle & front brake set-up, 7" Z in the front, 12" in the rear. Not a show piece I know. This is my first try on a "hot rod" so I'm still learning. Thanks

All pics I have now are on my i-phone which I got after it was already done. I'll take some of interior tomorrow. My buddy and I built it back in 03-04. I bought a basket case more or less from a guy in Ohio. Brought it all home and built it like I wanted it. Chop was already done when I got the body. I had only messed with muscle cars up to that point, except for a 51 chevy truck project. The car has a 2x3 frame with ladder bars and QA1 adjustable coil overs on the rear so not real traditional I suppose. Has the dreaded 350/350 too I'm afraid. Like I said this was my first try, I'm hoping for more out of my 32. Like original style frame rails to start with. Just going to continue to gather parts for the 32 and play with the T until new shop is built, then probably sell the T and get serious on the deuce. I'll post some more pics tomorrow, thanks.

Here are a couple of pics of me hauling it over to my buddies house for a little work. This is the only time it's even been close to being trailered. [IMG][IMG][IMG]
These pics show the actual color of the red better, silver base with autumn maple red with some big daddy Roth ruined retina red flake. Getting ready to go out and take a few pics of interior.

They sell it in speedway as fuel line, I know mooneyes sells it in different colors. I've used it for 6-7 years with no problems. Usually replace it every other year because it's color fades.

Here are some interior pics as promised. [IMG]
Truck stop cup holders, fancy I know  The steering wheel has a quick disconnect, guage cluster is from 54 ford F1. [IMG]
Small ammo box holds some tools and doubles as armrest. Old Pontiac Indian hood ornament is kinda like my interior light it comes on when lights are on, think it was off of 51, hope this isn't to r@tty for y'all. [IMG]
Shrunkin head striking a pose, my grandma brought me that back from ecquador (spellcheck) 30 years ago. [IMG]
One for the Pontiac fans out there. I originally had a Pontiac engine with black ceramic wrapped zoomies with Harley baffles, but sounded to tractor like, was a dog anyway. [IMG]
Can really see the heavy flake in this one. Not ring around steering shaft cause...[IMG]
It ties in with ring around cowl steering. Forgive the maltese cross it was a mooneyes anniversary deal. [IMG]
I know this isn't an interior pic but wanted to show the narrowed 30/31 A visor on my T. The holes DEFINATLY help at the stoplights. More to come later, thanks.

Say, Daddyo... Can you tell me some particulars about that blower?

I have a similar one, (1-51?) but can't get a lead on plates, blower drive, snout, or anything.
I'm about to make a manifold for use on my flathead...

It's just an old B&M unit from the 80's I guess. Same as a weiand 144. Traded a 62 bel air for it about 10 years ago :eek

Thanks for posting the pics of your 26T. It's great to see a daily driver of this caliber that the owner is having fun driving. The red looks hot!

Here's a couple more pics of the T[IMG]
This is a shot from a car cruise last night (100 mile trip) wish I could have made it out to the H.A.M.B drags, maybe next year.
This ones the ol' hood ornament (mounted in the interior, shown in prior pic) lit up on the way home.
Here's a front end shot, yeah I know headlight rings don't match. Note the 50 Buick grill teeth as my frame horns.
Close up of some "mechanicalisms" also see my kinda untraditional spot for my frame Z.
    Another of front end junk.
Last one...for now. This one shows my faux radiator cap. If I remember right it's a trim piece off of a 56 Pontiac.

I'd swap locations of the battery and fuel tank.
Get tagged even lightly in the back and your gonna be a sad boy!

If I bought it I'd do that and maybe a few other little odds and ends but not very much!
    I think you did good!

Can't wait to see your Deuce! :D

That was my plan when I bought that tank but it wouldn't fit up there without some pretty big mods. I figured if a factory deuce tank hangs off the back I'm a little better off than they are.

Sorry for the delayed reaction. I had a different (smaller unfortunately) gas tank up where the battery now is, but I was wanting a larger tank and thought this one would fit,BUT it was just a little to large to fit without some semi serious changes so I went with this set up. Besides is it really any more dangerous than a factory 32 tank hanging out back OUTSIDE the body?!?!? Anyway thanks for the compliments.

No problem, glad someone's interested. Was 7" in the front and a whopping 12" kickup in the rear. If you need anymore pics let me know.

Tearing her apart to change a few things, repaint a few things, get the tranny rebuilt, and drop in my new powerplant. First pic is where I put my 14 yr old son to work helping out. Next pic got the firewall repainted with a coat of ivory, third pic got my firewall tags back on and tore her down a little farther.

The more I look at these 2x3 front frame rails, the more I dislike them. Contemplating cutting the whole car in half, and welding on some "A" front frame rails!
