Hey all...I am currently restoring a 1952 Dodge B3 Pickup and could use some help locating a " high side-rolled top" bed with fenders (the small ones) somewhere near Pittsburgh PA or within 300 miles of there! I have been checking out alot of your projects too and I think I am in the right place!! The bed will have small form fenders. 53 and newer have larger fenders with a spare tire "dent" on the passenger side! ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED :)

  2. Have you checked the Pilot House site?

I would like to know the dimensions of the rear fenders. The length at the outside and inside the lip. The height at the outside and inside the lip. The width. Ive tried the pilothouse site even blue prints no luck. Appreciation is given! Thanks!

These the fenders you need measurements on? My fenders were pretty beat up, dented and rusted, but I can get you close measurements tomorrow.
You want the measurements around the fender at the box side, and at the wheel opening? The width from the box to the curve, and from the curve to the wheel opening? Not sure what measurements your looking for.

Trailer fenders would work if you couldn't find any original fenders. The distance between the crown and the wheel opening on the truck fenders (the flat side you see in the picture) is wider then most trailer fenders I've seen (I run a welding shop, I've seen a lot of trailer fenders). Look at the picture, those are 235 x 75 x 15 tires and there is at least 2" of clearance between the tire and the fender opening, trailer fenders are designed for 205 x 75 x 15, the opening will be much closer with the 235s over the 205s.

Like I said, trailer fenders would work.....Gene

I have the largest trailer fenders i can find 36" long 20" tall 13" wide with tire 33x12.50x15. I now have 36x14x17.5 tire. I know I have to widen them but I thought the Dodge fenders might work. Im at Gasser Pickup Hamb site. Gastruk page 2.
