Just saw Vinsetta garage on Woodward closed

Old news to some no doubt. Shocking to me. I heard they were so busy they wouldn't/couldn't take new customers! Probably my favorite shop anywhere to check out everytime I was in Detroit.

I heard they are going to turn it into a restaurant, so at least it won't get torn down...

Heart breaking, but I guess things change.

 

Yeah, I was traveling Woodward in July and noticed the same thing. Was wondering what had happened. Always looked forward to driving by and seeing this place over the years.

 

Noticed that during Woodward. I overhead a couple of guys talking about it, so this is just hearsay, but one guy said something about either the owner or his wife dying and they sold the place. It did kind of look like it might be turned into an eatery.
Maybe Denise would know???

 

keith crane and another investor bought it and are turning it into a cool trendy eatery....that is a best case senario becouse keith crane is a super car guy and it will retain its car /old-garage feeling..

So, why didn't they keep it as a garage???

 

i heard that people were selling stolen parts out of the shop.
But who know if thats true or not. It just someting i heard.
