where is this show happening ? location? food ?

 

That was last years.
It is this weekend, Saturday the 20th, at the commercial club in East Bridgewater.
They have a great bbq joint, beer, and music, starts at 10...its been a good time years past!

 

Henry and I will be there.

 

is it a field or lot ? im gonna check it out ,

 

its a field, nice pavillion with picnic tables for shade, the field is fine for clearance for the low low cars

 

sweet ive missed alot of shows this year (east coast ones) .. im going to this ... bbq....need i say more !

I'll be there. Is this the show that was always on the same day as the Gathering.

 

Great time today. Thanks to all that showed up and special thanks to all that stayed during the "hurricane" that blew through for ten minutes.

The day was hot and sunny until around 2 when a mini monsoon blew through for about ten minutes, then went right back to being hot and sunny. Thanks to the spectators, Bands, pin ups, Burlesque dancers and the Female wrestlers for making this years show the best one yet.

yah. this was a good time, definitely under-promoted. I went 2 years ago as well, but this time I had a car to bring so much more fun. probably 4-5 times as many cars this year as 2 years ago as well.

 

I thought we did a good job promoting it. We had two fundraiser concerts, one in the winter one this spring. We hit up all the local cruise nights with flyers, went to other shows like Milltown, Ralphs etc and fliered. Posted on most of the car clubs sites as well as our own, on The bands that played sites and on Hot rod forums like this one. What more can we do? I would be happy to hear some other ways to get the word out. I also sent emails to local news papers but never got a response.

 

No worries! Word of mouth around here gets pretty much everybody youre going to get anyways! Once again a great show, plus my roadster needed a bath.

 

Grate show I had to get my old body home for a nap. Besides I don't think I could take the female wrestlingl

 

Lol, the wrestlers kept on going during that Monsoon. Glad you guys had fun and hope to see you there again next year.
