Iv got a 56 ford Courier and i'm repairing the rear door. Looks like an old ambulance w/ the giant swing open door. I'm having a hell of a time finding the weatherstripping that goes around the door. Does rubber from a wagon work? Thanks for the help any info appreciated.

You can use a generic weather striping from Drake. Thats what I used in my 52 courier and although not factory it sealed the door.

I had wondered about the same thing. I can find the station wagon seals but not the sedan delivery. I had thought about trying to use the wagon tailgate seals but I'll bet the generic stuff would work better and be cheaper.
