We are a very exclusive, 2 member club: my 5 year old son and myself.
We run the plaque on the shop truck when we go get supplies at the Home depot.
That way they KNOW: we are The Royal CC and we own the neighborhood :D.

  2. Our club is smaller than your club... We have 2 people as prospects (Merlin and I) and we aren't even sure we want to join.:D

Yes. Everything was done 'In house'.

Thanks for the kind words, fellas.
I've been wanting to cast it for a year now!

I dont spend much time in the shop these days, but I enjoy the 'one-offs' and special projects.

In fact, I just shipped out a Very Special Item for a Very Special Project you guy's will most CERTAINLY get a kick out off... ;) Top secret, I tell ya!

I appreciate business propositions but simply can't handle volume...
My time is best spent in my studio these days. Besides, reputable HAMBer-owned shops are already supplying clubs with tasty plaques and have been doing so for years...

  14. Great work, very cool!

    Joel :)

"Royal"- isn't that French for Quarter-Pounder?

Nice work on the plaque- layout and casting.

    WICKED plaque!

quick question! you design that in illustrator - do you make the plaque mockup in mdf again? or get it milled out by computer and use that for casting?

Wow - great design! just like your stickers - and just like your HAMB dice casting you did!

  19. My 2 year old wont even ride in my clunker with me!!! But that is cool I am not safe even out of a car! I want to be in a club??

I second that! We need a tech post here!

Very smooth. You guys are tuff. ;)

  29. Great looking plaque Rick. I can really appreciate the time and effort making that "at home." I just showed it to my foundry guy and he said "I don't remember casting that one" He was dropping off 550 plaques - no way in hell I could handle that volume in my home garage!

Keep up the great work on those projects.
