Sept 10...Who's going and what will ya be driving?...The Drifters put on a helluva good time: flamethrowers, pin-up contest, great bands, old 50's movie after dusk, cool-as-hell homemade awards, etc.
I went to that show for the first time last year. It was really great. I see stuff in mags about the West coast and that show was probably the closest thing too it. I'll be there this year, God willing and the creek don't rise. I drive a 48 Plymouth Special Deluxe coupe. It's flat black, louvered, some custom mods, pinstriped with whitewalls. Can't wait.
That's the one Pitts 64... I will be there vending as long as no rain. See you at ***berland this weekend too, I don't to ***berland until sat AM as i have to work Friday
might have to check that out..I was walking around the lot last week at the Crivelli Chevy cruise and saw a HAMB tag on a firewall..lol..you guys are taking over.
My band is playing and I'll probably have the 57 there too. It's always a fun show, the Drifters do a great job.
Torch: I should be there setting up before you get there (as long as not pouring down rain) make sure you stop over for some giveaway DVD's and I have some G***er Posters for handouts too....if nothing else you can use them to wallpaper the shop !!!!
Great Torch, thanks for asking....busy with shows (although sales haven't been the best) and really busy at work. looking forward to Saturday at Twin Hiways....the following weekend is Fall Canfield then off the weekend before Fall carlisle. Weather was great last weekend at ***berland show...hot, but no rain....great turnout. Hamb banner was hangin and met some really nice people. Hope you guys pack em in.
I gotta say it's an experience. I vended at Road Rockets Rumble in Indy this year and shakedown is similar venue, only one day instead of 3 and smaller....but just as much fun. and 300 miles closer to home !!!
