Hello my name is Shawn, I am 31 and I live in Minnesota, twin cities. I have been interested in cars ever since I can remember, here in MN the MSRA puts on a huge car show in June called Back to the Fifties and I have been going to that with my Dad and Uncle ever since I could walk. I have built a few engines and stuck them some old cars but never built a whole car. So far the oldest car I've owned was 78 Buick. My good friend has a stock 57 Olds 88 four door we've been playing around and we might rebuild the engine when the snow comes; if I can find a rebuild kit. I am into customs, stockers, hot rods, street rods, muscle cars and pretty much anything except the R words. Yeah I know, no street rod or muscle car talk here but I still like them. I really like wagons and prefer GM stuff. I have been lurking in the classifieds for a few months now just dreaming. Currently I am considering trying to sell my late model pick up to get some money to build hot rod or wagon or custom or something but havent decided yet. I bought the truck new and really like it, its cool and kinda rare but not a hot rod. Its an 01 Silverado 2wd stepside with v8 and 5 speed. In the right circle I think I could sell it easily but... Anyway this is an awesome site and I am excited to be a part of it! Shawn
