    I desided to put a roll cage in to stiffen things up a bit .This will be in the cavity and not seen[​IMG]

    I didnt want big gaps under the doors so i made these peices for fillers,took a bit of nutting out as they are curved both ways

    Now how to make a door,i started by making a wooden frame and screwing it to the hinges to make sure it worked.It didnt the door lower edge hit on the front mudguard[​IMG]
