Bonneville 1958 Stickers???

Hello guys,

I know this one is going to be hard, but can anyone identify what the top sticker is here? I know the lower one is an SCTA.

It was in 1958... I thought it is a Bonneville, but I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

Yes.....it is a Bonneville window decal.....Participant Sticker....like this 1956 one.....
