Not sure what happened to my original post? It's not showing up on here for some reason. Anyway, one of the writers for either Rod and Custom or Street Rodder has a 1946 Ford four door sedan that he built into a roadster pickup. They've done some small articles on different mods to it but I was trying to see if anyone knew who the builder is and if there are some pictures of the original build. I think one of the articles said the conversion was done about 8 years ago. Anybody?
The '46 RPU belongs to ex pat Brit Kev Elliott, he's R&C's tech editor I believe. He started the car while still living over here then shipped it out when he emigrated. Some of the original build was covered in Custom Car magazine here. Hope this helps.
