ok i am about to buy an engine mount kit for my 1941 (canadian ) dodge whtch i have heard are rebadged plymouths but they have a difrent kit for dodges and plymouths two difrent frames i guess but does anyone have pictures of the two frames so i can tell witch one i have
any help would be awasome also this is the e mail i god back from butchs cool stuff

If, in fact, your 1941 Dodge has an X-Member Center Section, then it is the same as a 1941 Plymouth. However, if it has, what we call an OPEN frame are in the transmission area, with a straight trans crossmember, then it is same as a 1942-53 Ply, which is a different kit.

X-member frame actually has an X shaped brace in the center of the frame like a '40 Ford. The open frame will have a single brace running side to side for the trans. My 41 Dodge coupe had an open frame.
