Wow what a weekend! I was setting there minding my own buisness when the phone rang. Saturday morning RPU 28 6 or Steven as we all call him said my wife is watching chick flicks and I need to go to Lowes for some paint you want to go. Well bail out a bud when you can it pays off. I ask Steven which one' its about 30 mile to Tyler or 30 to Longview so we take the back road to Longview. We where going down the farm market road when I hear Hey Turn around theres chopped model A coupe In that yard! Well I tell Steven O.K. I am not gonna get shot over an old car! So we pull in the guy's yard and we talk to him and the first thing out of my mouth was we dont want to buy it but just check it out where quick to see it was no model A it was a 32 5 window. By this time we knew the story on the coupe the guys grand dad bought it new and his uncle died in Vietnam and his dad owned it and as a boy in the early 80's they chopped the 32 and Robert drove it of a cliff when he lost control and crashed into a canyon. Then he moved to East Texas and it set for 12 years in his yard every tin broker in the 3 state area tried to buy it. and it was not for sale. Thats O.K. I have seen them set. But he had a 17 year old daughter he wanted to build it for I understood that having my own kids. The then words were said I could not belive. I had a guy try to trade me a 55 but really would like an old truck to make this long story short I now own a 32 5 window and he has my 46 IHC. Heres some pics and Steven will post some too !P.S thanks to Billylo I have a frame hood and grille shell and fire wall and Steven I have the coupe !

Thats really great, sounds like the stars were aligned just right, so glad you chose the right Lowe's to go to. Most guys would have gone to Home Depot and missed the deal.

From what I see on the HAMB, every barn has a '32 in it. Where are you going to find another '46 Binder? The other guy sure got the better end of this deal! ;)

    '46 IHC for a '32 5wd ... seems like a fair trade to me! :)

I'm a bit surprised that JeffreyJames has yet to post in this thread (re: his "POS 5wd" and how everyone else finds nicer '32 5wd bodys) :D
