I put a cup or so of kerosene in the water every time I wash the dailys. It takes the tar off.

I've been using a Turtle Wax Product called ICE Liquid Clay. It takes all kinds of stuff off of the paint and chrome and even plastic. I wash the cars and bikes, wipe down all areas with this stuff, and rinse with water, then dry as usual. It really gets the bugs and tar and the other tough stuff.

  6. Prep-sol is pretty good stuff. Also try Goo-Gone, it works for the stickiest labels I've ever had to remove and is citrus-based.

Saw my Grandmother clean off the kitchen floor after us grandchildren ran through a freshly tarred road! AND IT WON'T STINK LIKE PEANUTS... GAS... OR DIESEL
