My dad was into cool cars since he was a kid and I picked it up from him right from the start. I still have my first car, a 1939 Hudson that I put on a 1956 Chevy frame when I was 15 and I have my Dad's car that he bought when he first got married, a 1950 Ford club coupe. This is the first car I was ever in and came home from the hospital in it after I was born. Some wise guy that I know has suggested that I may have been conceived in it, also. It is a mild custom with a 1957 Pontiac 347 V-8 and has been sitting since 1960. I am right now in the process of getting it back on the road after 51 years. I also have a 1933 Plymouth coupe that my Dad bought in 1953 in California, and it is a nice, solid, rust free car that is partially disassembled and it has also been sitting since 1960. I have put a 350 Chevy engine in it and also Mustang II front suspension. It will be the project for next year. Plus I have a very nice 1968 Corvette convertible with a 427, 4 speed and side pipes. This has been my dream car ever since I sat in one when it was brand new at a dealer and I finally got mine 3 years ago. I have some vintage motorcycles, too. Previously, I was into Hudsons and had as many as 20 at one time and I also have had quite a few Falcons. I am now concentrating on the 4 cars that I have left.
