Wow, thanks one more time for posting these great shots of both the cars in action and the race cars on the line and in the pits. This has to be the best land speed photo spread I have seen this year.

Others should take notice that when you go to the races take photos of the race cars, racers and the cars actually running on the track.

 

That's me driving the lakester, getting a push from my '57 Chevy Sedan Delivery (a.k.a. The Bromad). Lost a head gasket (rats) in the little flathead about 2/3 of the way down the course, went through the traps at 75 mph and change.

I'm diggin' that shot, most bithchin'.

great pictures! we used the couch as the tow vehicle for the Honki (Honda sedan with Suzuki GSXR750), it towed it amazingly well for only 150cc's!

Yeah I bet a lot of folks would like to end up with a "mess" like that Doug. Great shots as usual. Love the ones of Tom and Fabian (good friends, that I miss).

The Road Runners are planning on having 10 cars and bikes out. Plus its the Road Runners 75th anniversary this yer and we will have group photo Sat. afternoon to mark the occasion.
