Just Got a message from Axle, he is sending me the applications for the GNRS in Pomona and the Sac Autorama for 2012.Those will be the 34's first shows!
Beware of Sanderson Block hugger Headers for Flatheads they DO NOT clear the stock oil dipstick..Big pain in the ***.They suggest I use a **** ugly Lokar Billet flexible oil diptsick as a solution..
Keri Luiz(I think shes Steel Phoenyx on here.My old 58 Chevy in 2004 was her first Stripe job and has striped all my cars since then.Of course none of them have had this nice of a paint job on it and shes a bit worried...I'm not, shes awesome and is always in charge of the Panel Jams at Billetproof and the Goodguys Pleasanton shows.
I agree with Kevin. Color is great and you got this thing nailed. Now only if I can follow shortly in your footsteps. I'm working on it.
Cl*** out the ***!!! I have that same fuel line for my '35 and wasn't sure if I was going to use it but it looks great on your car so I am going to run it!!! We're mind melting dude.
I am very grateful to Kevin Gallagher http://theoilfarm.blogspot.com/ HAMB name "The Walrus" for all this amazing Finish work.Above and beyond what I imagined this car could be...
Hey Marcus ,that baby is looking GREAT....cant wait to see it cruisin the streets of Castro Valley!!!!!!
Two cool Special Invites for me to bring the 34.One was from our own Ryan Cochran who invited me to the Hot Rod Revolution in TX in December.Unfortunately I wont be able to make it.Second was from my buddy Axle who asked me to bring the 34 to be featured in the 6-7 Invite only prestigious "Hot Rod Corral" display at the Orleans Hotel at Viva Las Vegas in 2012.I will be there for sure! Hope to meet some of you finally..The whole family is very excited about Vegas as am I.
Well you just don't get better compliments on a car then that. I would love to hit up HRR as I don't think there's a better collection of hot rods in one place from what I seen in pictures. Congrats dude, even though you can't make it, it's huge that you were asked.
