Who's car please

Does anyone know who owns this car. I would love to find out the wheel and tire combo and rear end it has.

where did you get picture from? looks like stock size on front-rear must have mild tub or something for a deep wheel on rear

 

Looks like one too many bags of sand in the trunk.

 

The car is from the Northern California area. I've seen it at several local shows. It's just as clean underneath as it is on top and still retains it's IFS. If I see it around I'll get the info for you. I think there are more pictures of the car if you search "Nor Cal Knockout #2".

looks like American D spokes & chrome stockers? maybe a 2'inch widened wheel tub..nice looking car either way..
