    Wow!

I can't thank you guys enough for the hospitality shown to my good, good friend, Hiroki!!!

I guess I got the impression that you;d all be the kind of stand up HAMBers to make a brother welcome.....and I know first hand that Hiroki's the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back when you are in Japan.....or anywhere....

I'm just so proud that, when he asked me "What should I do around SF?" that my answer "trust in the (HAMB) force" became truer than anyone can imagine.

I just wish I had a pic of the image of Hiroki on his old Brittish bike, with Leather pudding cap & goggles, in near snowing conditions, pulling out of one of Shibuya's seedyiest backstreets into the Tokyo late night traffic.....

So many great mental images given to me.....I'm just soooo happy there were HAMBers out there to pay it forward...

    Thank You

Thanks guys. We had a bitchin time. It was about a 4 hour run back home after the run. Way cool in a roadster with a full moon. Pictures on the way.

We pulled over to take pics of the cars as they went by . We were mid pack so I only got the back part of the run but it was cool . Funny thing as we were hanging out on the side of the road . It was very quiet and peaceful as we were waiting for the groups of car to come by . We heard a gun shot which is not that big of a deal , it is dear season and we are in a valley that the shot will echo but ..... we then heard the bullet pass through the tree's above our heads ! Hmmmm , time to go !!! We actually stuck it out to get the pics. No mores shots were fired and I got some good pics . It was a win win !!! Ha !!

Thanks for the compliment Cyclone Kevin . It was a bunch of work over the past year to gets Dad's ol car running but the past few months we have been driving the heck out of it and it has been worth it . I only wish my Dad was around to see it . It's pretty cool to think about us driving the car now and the last time the car was on the road was 1956 .
3W Larry the tire sizes are 560-15 frt and 820-15 rear . Wheels are 4" wide .
