Has anyone done the power brake conversion on their 59-60 Chevy? I mocked up the booster and master cylinder and it is way out of level. I checked with POL and they say this gives it the correct geometry.

Someone tell me it will all be ok.

The angle shouldn't affect the way it works, but to get it straight a bracket could be fabricated...

That angle looks to be about the same as on my OT '69 Chevelle. It came that way from Chevrolet and the brakes work fine.

  5. Just lower the car in the front and that will fix it.

As long as brake fluid covers the bottom of the resivoir about an inch deep or more before it overflows, it will be fine. The master cylender don't care if its level or not.

I figured it would work fine. I just didn't like the angle, but I am feeling a little better about now.

    Thanks!
