Finally got my pics from VLV up on the website. Mainly cars, but plenty of beautiful women too. There are loads of shots, hope you like 'em ....... http://bonneville-speed-week.smugmug.com/ www.fluidimages.co.uk www.fluid-images.co.uk
Very cool site with alot of great photos, but I doubt I'll ever buy a photograph that I didn't take or wasn't in, unless it was somthing really special. A car show that I wasn't at really doesn't fit that description. Was a little disapointed I couldn't save any of those images for future refrence. Oh well, when I want to see somthing I'll just have to go back to your site. Still very great stuff, maybe after I hit the Lotto Drew
You see photos of cars.....and then you see these. You can really tell the difference. You are a quality photographer. I'd love a couple prints of your stuff.
I'd love to sort out prints for you guys, but sadly I'm based in London. You can buy them directly from the site, through SmugMug - apparently it's a really efficient service, and they come out great. Prices don't look too bad either. If you really fancy splashing out, get one blown up by me onto canvas, and I'll do the handover when I'm out in August. See www.fluid-images.co.uk .
I have access to a pretty damn good printer and can print up to 11x17 full bleed. Photo papers are sketchy..some work great some don't. But in general it does alright..not photos but look good. Xerox3535. Have to look into the site. Do you get money when your stuff is downloaded? cause i'm not into lining someone elses pockets. Artist direct is what I like.
Great pictures, artists should get paid for their art. I found this, I'm sure I'll be buying a copy (printscreen, lo rez), I don't care what your preferences in cars are, just the thought of what this sounded like gives me chicken skin.
I took that at Laguna Seca last August - got another shot with 8 of them coming through the Corkscrew. World's first ever GTO traffic jam ! At $10 million a pop that's an awful lot of steel. PS One Japanese guy let his wife drive it in the race & she stacked it. I'd imagine things were a bit tense over dinner over dinner that night.
Oh dang!!! That's like that dude that bought one of the 3 Ferrari F50 GT made from the parts for the GT1 project that Ferrari backed out of. No.3 went for $1.5 million. The guy that nad No.1 (the original GT1 race car) took it to the track and had Schumacher drive it. Well he stuffed it into a wall. Well Art (owner) had it shipped back to Italy and repaired....extensively repaired. Bill was over $1million. Took 2 years to repair. So for the Monterey Historic Race Art decided to drive it himself....he stuffed it into a wall. Expensive experiment right there. The car is currently being rebuilt again. I doubt it will ever see the track again..but who knows. Art is loaded. My buddy worked on the car before it hit the track. You should come out to Laguna when I get around to putting my wagon on the track there...at this point the walls scare me. I'll stay at Infineon. Dirt is much friendlier.
Well I don't need to tell you, you've definitely got a good eye for tin. What's more, there's some great shots of people in there too. My pictures seem to turn out ****py whenever there's a person in the shot... Thanks for the show. cheers
Does anyone know the guy in this pic below ? He may want a copy...http://bonneville-speed-week.smugmug.com/
That's Sophorn Sin..!! My mate from S.F..!! What the f*ck is he doin' with those chicks! He always told me he was more into "volumptious" women..!!
By the way... I think your pics look very nice.. Super crisp and clear. Awesome to be able to see all the photo details on your site too. Maurice
Most of my pics from Viva are now up on the site. On reflection, just for sheer lunacy, this was pretty much my favourite ..... http://bonneville-speed-week.smugmug.com/
great pictures you really capture the moment, and a chick flying a professional quality tattoo isn't all bad.
