Great Lakes Gassers at US 131

Over the weekend dad and I went to the Funny Car Nationals at US 131. It was a great show. They had the Great Lakes Nostalgia Funny Cars, Great Lakes G***ers, Nostalgia Nitro cars and a couple of pro nitro cars. I had a great time and shot a lot of pictures!

Any details on the nitro bike that went 240mph and the rider went down just after the lights?

 

The rider of the bike was reaching for a switch and the wind caught his arm and lifted him off the bike. When he hit the pavement his leathers started smoking! He later came back to the track when all the fans were gone.
