What are these off of ?

Can someone ID these for me?

 

They almost look like 38 Pontiac but bumper is the wrong shape, Oldsmobile?
I have a 39 Pontiac 1 which is similar but tall. Could post a pic if you like.

 

They look real similar to ones on a friends '36 Pontiac. Not certain if that's what they are, but that was my first thought.

they are 12" long,& they are cherry.

 

I just looked up "1936 pontiac bumper" on ebay...there's one showing the guards. They are different.

 

This, i believe, a 39 Pontiac over rider. Its a bit different.
