kustom shop primers

    has anybody used kustom shop paint like there 2k urethane primer sealer, and how good does it layout and is it easy to sand, i am stipping down my 42 pickup to bare steel and I'm check in to there primer to prime it thanks for any inputs you my have

    English color, paint store in my area, has a new primer that is an etch primer and you can use it all the way to paint. Before you would have to use a dp90 primer on bare metal and then go buy another primer once you start your body work. This stuff is cheap too. If someone else doesn't come up with the product name before tomorrow I can get it to you then.

    thanks let me know, I what a good base for my top coat, I have used Diamont primers and liked theres, were I live there is no auto paint stores so I am going to have to order it

    I forgot to mention as well! Like said it goes over baremetal, it can be used as a build primer and it can be a sealer too. In the past you would have to buy 3 expensive products and now this one product does it all.

    I have that same primer from english color on my truck,I belive it is Advantage brand
