Under dash I'm sure. For yrs mine just hung there. Maybe a bracket clip to put
    into can't remember.

  3. I've spent half an hour under the dash. I can't see it. Unfortunatley the flasher is dead. I can't turn my signal light on to find it. Maybe someone with a 57 can listen for the location???

    Thanks again in advance.

Is the flasher dead or is it missing in action?

  5. No, it worked until a couple of months ago. First one side died, then the other. Not lying on the floor, so I assume it's still plugged in

If you were sitting in the drivers seat it should be to your left within 6"-8" of the steering column under the dash, trace the wiring from the headlight switch under the dash that should lead you to it.

Look on the back of the speedo?

  10. Success! Turn signals now work again.

I remembered I had a spare gauge package lying around. The flasher clips into the bracket upper left from the speedo.Much easier once you know where your looking. I hope this helps someone else.
