Cleaning out the garage after the death of my father-in-law and found some original parts buried in the back. I'm not sure they all go together, but I think they do. 1938 Ford Standard? I have a left and right rear fender but only a left front.
I think on those rear fenders, the mounting flange is different for a few body styles. Can you take a pic of the rear end showing the flange?
I know I'm in the neighborhood on year but just not sure. I have more images and one rear fender has 1938 marked on it. But I don't know if its all 38.
I didn't have one from the rear but I had this. They are in another town about six hours away. I was going to post them but I need to know what they are for sure. I'll have to bring them back with me next time, she can't pack them if she sells them. I can get more pics then.
Side panels are 39 standard, rear fenders are different for sedan, coupe, woodie, front fenders are different for deluxe and standard.
Update: Got up here and drug them out for a good look. They dont match. The red primer fender has 11 holes on the flange and the darker fender has 10. Those numbers are main holes on the flange. I took some more pics but uploading from the dark ages here is impossible. Cant sync my phone to this computer, any ideas from bolt hole numbers?
