KBS has a frame coating kit (satin-blk and other choices)--3 step system clean, blast and seal. www.kbs-coatings

  7. Henry brand black jack mastic at home depot, one gal will do the underside.

I used a bedliner kinda product. It hasa lot of solids in it, its made specifically for under sides and bumpers to be stone/chip resistant. And i think it looks kool too under there. so much, i even did the suspension w/ it....

KBS's frame coating kit...or a Ribberized bed coating kit like lizard skin is very popular...The rubber coating will help sound deaden the road noise.

Wouldn't use Black Jack unless you don't mind it stinking when hot pipes get near it.
I just cleaned and painted mine with Rustoleum Satin Black. Been holding up great.

Why not just do it in pickkup bed liner? It comes in gallons, you can roll it, geta couple aerosol cans of it to the places you can't get a roller. It's what I did the underside, and all the inner panels of the '36 with. Cheap, good sound deadner, and it doesn't look half bad.

Well, if about 40 bucks a gallon seems pricey, then, yes...
