I was looking at some of my old car mags today. I ran across Deluxe #5 I noticed the Hambchop. Did the owner of the car ever finish it? If so I would like to see a few pix if posible.
44 and 28 post and you know of a touchy subject I missed? fill us in man MAN!! Id like to know the story as well on all the hamb chops
Yea... new guy... the first HAMB Chops went on without a hitch. They are stuff dreams are made of... and probably did more to inspire people than posts attempting to dig up drama under the guise of hiding it. Sam.
Sorry gang - didn't mean to sound like I was digging at anything. All I really know about the HAMBchops is what I've been reading here for the past three years, and that it seems like anytime we talk about them, drama ensues - usually about money and cars left uncompleted by their owners. I miss them, really... Killer is a king for what he has done for the hobby. Honest apologies... I'll zip my yap now.
Well just because he doesn't post much doesn't mean he doesn't know what's going on. He's been registered since Jan 03 so he obviously read posts... Sometimes its better to shut your mouth than to post... SO I'LL SHUT MY MOUTH NOW.
Look I wasnt tryin too start ****. Im new to the board and saw it in my mag. So I figured I would ask about it. So please guys dont get all pissed at each other.
You werent outa line at all in asking that-I think that some of the results were that the cars were not finished-it happens.....We did a chop here in the midwest-[Zors 51 ford]-Maybe- NOT A HAMB CHOP- but we got it DONE and it was free. we were JUST A FEW Hamb "aquaintances"- that did it -but not an organized affair at all=TOOK ROUGHLY 2 DAYS.
