CHICAGO people. favor needed kinda OT

I finally found a car I am super interested in but the guy doesnt have any computer capabilities. He says the car is solid but everyones view is diffrent on that statement. He says the car is located in the downtown chicago area. Could someone take a look at it for me and give the the dirt on it? I can even pay if it is a hastle or if you can provide good info on it. thanks

 

im in milwaukee... could drive down if you dont find anyone else.... depending on when i gotta do it... would be a pain, but im a decent guy
