Looking for Kojack of OSR

I think I was screwed I bought a Lokar shifter from a cat named Kojack in Tracy,CA 95376. He was supposed to ship it to me. He's holding me up on cruizin in my truck. Im starting to get pissed off about the whole thing
The kid got the money order 2 weeks ago. The shifter hasnt showed up yet. Ive emailed almost every day but no answer back. I wont mention names but it took FIVE weeks to get something from a hamber just a few months ago. I got the ol "I plum forgot" **** but it came. Two weeks isnt that long for a **** up?

Get ahold of Rocky, I had simular problem with this guy. Bought an intake manifold from him, took forever to get it. It took Rocky a long time to get it straightened out. Another guy had same type of problem at the same time and Rocky had to intervene to get it resolved. I thought they banned this guy but I guess he is back and up to his old games. This guy is "BAD NEWS" period!! Not a real HAMBr.

GomezGarage The whole transaction has taken almost 8 weeks. Thats along not to be able to drive my truck. The shifter is what Im waiting for.Dave thank man Ill get ahold of Rocky if he doesnt come through. I posted on a few other sites about whats going on. I got a email today. He told me he was gonna ship it today. We'll see if he send it or not.

 

Good Luck, Myself and the other gentleman with the problem and Rocky all got e mails like that too. Still took forever. I wouldnt deal with this guy on a bet!!

I got ****ed by him too. The deal went down here. I was really laid back for a while, He said he lost one of the tail lights. He told me he found them and was gonna ship them. I heard that several times. This guy ****ing sux. He even mentioned not shipping a shifter to another guy in my last e-mail from him. I contacted rocky. He said that if he no longer posts here ther is not much he can do.

 

I dunno if its the same Kojak as on here but I ordered up one of them hotrod prayer things off the HAMB c***ifieds for my Uncles Birthday last year and never got that either, I just wrote it off as bad luck for me

 

The Kojack on here is from Tracy, CA.

He logged in yesterday so he is still around.

I sent him a PM asking what the deal is and will hear what he has to say before posting again.

Thats the same one that myself and the other gent had a problem with. He was always looking for 65? Galaxitive parts. He had a couple of them I think. I thought Rocky had banned him, I havent seen him on here since my problem but it looks like he snuck back!! BEWARE!!!

If there is anyone trading on this board that is ripping people off on another, we need to know about it. It would stand to reason that a person in that frame of mind would not care where they find their money.

get with the others he screwed, they may cover your gas to go kick his ***, so many of these twerps sell only on internet auctions because we customers (and fellow vendors) kick their *** at swap meets for causing grief and chasing customers away.

 

I didn't make a big post here because I did my best to deal with it with the people that were involved with the situation. This is a CAR message board and not a chatterbox.

Yes, I've taken a long time to get things shipped, and for that I've appoligzed a thousand times. But for the record I have NEVER ****ed another HAMBer. I was in the WRONG for taking such a long time, but NEVER kept from sending parts. EVERYONE got what they paid for. With the mistake of not getting back to Upchuck(I'm sorry man, I'll set that straight this week) and the delay of finding dvanecek's tail lights, I've kept with people as best as I could. AA/Fuel34fordpu, dude, what the ****? I sent you tons of emails about what happened, that I ****ed my car up and I've had trouble getting around. I know it's a sob story, but I DID keep in contact with you. I send the part out over a week ago, and I can scan you a copy of the shipment reciept if you want. Secondly, who the **** are you in posting my PERSONAL information on a message board like that? Two wrongs don't make a right in my book.

Dave, your part is sent, your done. dvanecek, I'll have your 20 dollars back this week in your Paypal, I never found the other tail light, my parents must have dumped it. Upchuck, I'll have your print out this week, let me know what one it was again please, I'm very sorry about that.

I post my car and my location on this board, and other boards. Chances are another HAMBer is gonna see me at a show, and if I'm ****ing people in all honesty, yes, I'd expect a reaction to that. But I'm not.

I'm just asking give me one more week to straighten this all out, and I'll keep from making any more deals in a long time online at all until I can get my **** together. Thanks.

Kojack I didnt say anything that isnt in your location on all your posts. I used the information that you posted. So thats who the **** I am. Well I was hoping if some one that new were you lived. Would get the shifter for me! You did send me some email Ill give you credit for that. Guess what no shifter yet!!...I would like to see the shipment reciept, so send it to me.

Dude I sent the money out right away after the deal was made. Right or wrong. Now if you bought something from one of us. Wouldnt you want the part asap. I dont ******** people around. Im straight up with every one I deal with.

I even gave you my phone # so you could call if something was wrong. You never called. I work very hard for my money. I dont have much to spend on my truck. So when I spend some on it and I dont get it quick I get very pissed off!!

Kojack is squaring things up with me and with no hard feelings on my part, I can be a bit slow to get things in the mail myself at times

 

He screwed me on sales that was done here. I just want to make sure no one else gets screwed. I'm not wasting bandwidth, I'm just setting the record straight. We work too hard for our money to het ****ed.
