Howdy all...sorta new to this, sorta not. I was a member of this board for a year or so some time back, with a scant number of posts. After quite the abscence from the site I recently attempted a comeback and found that my account had up and vanished on me (due to inactivity, I would assume). So while I'm not quite the HAMB virgin, I know how ya'll just love to treat un-intro'd newbies, so I thought I'd play it safe.

When I originally joined the HAMB it was simply out of an appreciation for home built traditional styled cars, as well as to pick up the occasional tech tip for my (sorry, guys) muscle car. My reappearance on the board is due primarily to the fact that I recently (last week) acquired a '31 Ford body. As I have a little know-how, less money, and huge plans, I figured I could catch a few good tips from lurking and asking around.

So here I am. Preach away, please.

Coupe or Sedan? If its a coupe I would chop and channel the crap out of it, if its a sedan, I would chop and channel the crap out of it. Pics?

It's a coupe, and it has already been chopped. Gonna channel it so it's in the weeds, and drive the hell out of it. Course, there I go again, picturing how *purty* it's going to look before the frame is complete or before I've started "the eternal engine hunt" (shootin' for a flathead or y-block).

Just got some pics back today, but it will be awhile before they're scanned in...I'm low tech. Soon as that happens I'll post them.

And thanks for all the 'welcomes'. Bondoboy, I like the way you think. ;)
