There really aren't that many pieces to it. Tomorrow when its lighter I can go take some pics of mine, and PM them to you. If you could, put up some pics of what you got.

What he said. Then I'd bolt the fender liners to the fenders and bolt them to the body, using the core support to pull them together. Bolt the chin piece to the grille before attaching it, then bolt that in. You're almost there.

I can only second what slow forty and Boeing bomber said, align the hood / cowl FIRST. Done a couple of 41 / 48 Fords and they CAN give you fits if you dont understand the process. When i started this car stuff (MANY years ago) I asked guys at shows how they got such good fits of their fenders /cowls / hoods and they all gave me the "Deer in the headlites" stare.Thats when it dawned on me they were OWNERS, not BUILDERS.

The Ford "Green Book" is worth it's weight in gold.... It's a reprint of Ford parts books and shop manuals,...with original p/n,..The important thing being, it shows every bit and piec, and exactly where they fit. Good Luck.......

The 28-48 Ford Ch***is Parts List, known as the Green Book, has good illustrations under the 8200 section of the cooling system and grille.
