dwight bond's adap. t5 flathead model a pedals

i purchaced this adaptor he says it will acept model a pedal ***. does anyone know about this adaptor?

 

I don't have any info on how to hook it up to the A pedal ***embly but that is the adapter I plan to use. And the item the next extra cash is going for.

 

I am doing this conversion now. Anyone know what years of pedals will bolt up to the flathead/T5 setup? Do I use model A pedals or can you use F1 truck or similar pedals?
