Spotted in Idaho

I followed this car on the streets of Boise today. It had a Minnesota plate in the rear window. It sure looked familiar to me. Shaved with ww/red wheels, beauty rings an moons. It had a large pin stripping pattern on the trunk with flames up front. When I p***ed it the front end looked stock grill with painted black bumper and a red skull in the grill bullet.
