Let me apologize for my last thread "why lower" I was just stating my opinion and I think it got taken the wrong way. Perhaps I worded it wrong. I would never cut down anyones car for lowering it, or painting it a color that I don't care for. Nor, would I also wish bad things to happen to someone for not liking my car or my style. Who am I to tell people how to do there cars. As long as we are all into the old cars, that is all that matters to me..... So, if I offended anyone, that certainly was not my intention..... C-ya, Kerry
Yeah, Tuck really IS sorry. I can vouch for that. Sometimes I tell him, " Tuck? You are one sorry mo-fo." And now, you have him admitting it....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- I heard that lowering a car could cost an ARM and a LEG. Did your uncle get off easy ? Please tell us more about this, Sorry for the insensative response, but your reply just don't give enough details about your delema.
i read your post recently. don't think ya stepped on any toes there. if people can't handle your opinion, that's their problem. don't let em ruin it for ya. matt
Apologise for the statement in your bio, NOT for stating your opinion. When stating an opinion, expect some disagreement. Jim
AGAIN? Dude, if your thread gets locked, and your second post about the same subject gets deleted, don't start yet ANOTHER one. there's a subtle message being missed there...
Wow... a real man who apologizes when he thinks he might have offended someone! Now that's an oddity.... I haven't read your previous thread and I accept your apology
i stayed the hell out of your lowering **** as i like my cars low with wires & vintage & muscle & 4X4 trucks & "ratrods" damn hate the term but i have an open option of cars to each there own am helping brother build a 63 Cat in 70s style jacked up in *** bigs & littles ( he grew up in late 70s so its his style) & also building a 65 Starchief thats very close to the ground with knock off wires (13" bitoches)& if i can swap for it i will go with Hydros on it also building a 29 coupe rear 30 cowl & doors A that will not have any parts newer then mid 60s(so i can run mags) & i drive a late 90s Riv with 18"s as a daily you did not ansault or offend me just made me hope you would stop posting & starting reading learn a bit ....................peace out
Was this loss directly related to an altercation wiht a lowered car or did he lose a leg and anyone on earth who ever does anything owe that priveledge to him? Sorry about your Uncles loss by the way...but it's not "everyone's" fault.
So anyway, Kerry, how'd the paint turn out on your car? I heard it went back to white. That's a great start. You obviously HAVE been listening to good advice, even though everyone else on here claims you haven't been. Also, have you considered adding some porta-walls and 15" hubcaps to that car, right over the top of those black wheels? That'd be a really low cost option over buying new wheels and tires for your mo-chine, and would look nice, too. Could you tell me what size those wheels/tires are? I want to mount up a set of Supremes to my '64 Olds and I would like to know what size tire fits up underneath. Here's a pic. As for the apology, it was a nice gesture, although I think when a post gets closed, it's best just to let it go. Anyways keep reading/learning/posting, I'm a new guy, too.
SWEET ZOMBIE JEEZUS!! Isn't there a rule against posting pictures of David H***elhoff? And if not, there sure as hell should be one!
KOREA, man.... Inchon was a *****.... Ask MILLET and his CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL of HONOR....... And it IS everyone's fault... Some day those ****ERS will learn......
