I can tell ya to take I-55 south to I-72 east and exit at 144 take a left at the bottom of the ramp and then take a left at the next red light,or if your lucky you may run onto some guys exiting and could follow them in.I'm not sure of where your starting point is,but this is the best I could come up with, hope this helps.

John If I where you I would run down 51 all the way to decatur, It would be 4 lane all the way for you, Wrap around bloomington, When you get into forsyth head east on 72 one exit get off on it (RT48) head south toward decatur The sleep in will be on your left as you p*** Mcdonalds, And the show grounds are right next to the sleep inn, Some of us are meeting at the sleep inn around 1 and we are going to a bar that serves some pretty tasty lunch, Have a safe trip and give me a call when you are getting close,

If you get near Montgomery al, take 231 south until you bet to Brundidge al. Turn right on Alabama 10, go all the way to Camilla, ga, turn right on US 19 and go all the way to Chiefland Florida, turn right on us 27 to Ocala.. You will find it a great ride and not necessarily slower than going interstate.

Alabama 10 turns into Georgia 37, stay on 37 to camilla.

ah, but the lure of the pile up is strong, besides, it's not like john is going to be right along side her the entire way giving her support. as long as he's there at the finish, it should be ok. i think you'd be safe if you left sunday morning around maybe 10ish. afterall, you do drive a hotrod. you'll make it :)
