Greetings all, Jim from Ohio here, just spent the last 4 nights on this board, (sorry I replied to 2 posts before even introducing myself, I had some of what a couple of fellows were looking for and got exited that I could help.) , loved the sitting &rotting pics. WOW all that tin,... my kids are grown, so I've begun my second childhood with a Henry J, (to be a gasser clone ) still in the hunter /gatherer stage , slowly getting the parts , straight axle, 9" ford rear, 4 bolt 350 block, etc, etc, etc,we all know how it goes, I'll post a few pics of it, from when I picked it up in Carolina, and through the process as it gets some attention, already s 10 reared it, removed and re reared it to 9" rough trimmed the wheelwells got new spindles for the yet to be installed straight axle , (my avatar) sorry , off track, it's my intro....not history ,, greetings all, Regards Jim
Welcome from Cleveland! It sounds like you're going to have a pretty cool project going. Next weekend (Oct. 15th.) is Thompson's fall Gasser Meet. You should check it out. There's always some nice Henry J cars running.
Welcome fellow Buckeye! Good luck on that Henry J. Be sure to post plenty of pics of your build. The Rock
