Road work om 743 does not appear to be happening today. Road is wide open and no back up. Since it's a PennDot project, that could very well change at any moment :)

parking lot was in decent shape.there was a tractor sitting there today that wouldn`t have any problem pulling you out if you get stuck.the weather is really helping dry it out.i don`t think the lots going to be a problem.they were parking everybody on the main road side.

Had one of my best times at Hershey! Great weather, people, and I found parts I need! Got rid of unwanted stuff, unloaded and I'm off to a local swap tomorrow with household and "Collectible" things I don't need. I'll post Hershey details tomorrow. Sure was nice meeting a lot of HAMB members.

The building in the far right treeline sure looks like the AACA museum!

Met a few HAMB'ers , signed the HAMB banner , walked all day , got to show off my homemade HAMB hat ;) - it was a good day . I got a few small tidbits for my Shoebox - not nearly as much as I'd hoped . I did pass up a couple trim pieces I should've bought ... stupid move , yea well . I guess there's always next year .

It was pretty damn high-tech , wasn't it , LOL :D !?!? Got the job done - let everyone know I was a proud HAMB'er . I heard a few people talking about it as we were looking in people's spots & such . Pretty funny hearing 'em try to figure out what it was all about .

Thanks for your hospitality - the beer hit the spot & it was cool shootin' the breeze with you guys too ! Any final tally on how many HAMB'er signed the banner (I'm too damn lazy to look at the pics & count 'em - a few Jack & cokes = ambition killer ;) ) ?

The taboggan went north (for now) with the Chevy parts.
Carcrazyjohn glad to see you did not freeze.
Next year we may need a bigger trailer for over night parts storage.

We did pretty good...sold 3 cars and a bunch of spare parts.

Then I found a pair of 750/17 Goodyear tires. I've been searching for several years for a pair of Goodyear tires that wre bigger than 650's. My big find of the week

Also got some Chrysler taillights, couple of carbs, headlights, gauges and some cool nick nacks.

my first time there and won't be my last 32hour round trip. from north-east Canada. New-Brunswick. over the years i heard a lot of the old timers talking about Hershey, i could only dream, well this year i made it, they all told me the only place i was going to find my old hemi hop up parts(50's and 60's) was there and not in our local auto(crafts)flea markets. found Horne-crager 4x2 intake, carb's, air horns, buick 3x2 intake, valve covers and more, the item's are not cheap but they are there, and was not coming back home empty handed, i am going to spend the next year or 2 saving to go and get the next load. i was so excited that i spent the 2 days i was there trying to see every part( my legs gave out from the speed walking and lack of sleep of driving there, had also left after a full day at work) but nothing was going to stop me, people taught i was a handicap and was offering to help me carry my stuff , can't wait for the next time, i still dream of every thing i have seen:D
